Ready to see results? Getting started is easy.

1. Contact us at connect@thebdx.com to start your order. We will activate your username in BDX Live to start the order process. Already have an account? Log in here.

   Typically we need 1-2 business days lead time from receipt of materials for deployment. Custom designs have a lead time of one week.

2. Specify your order details in BDX Live including your desired geography, billing details, subject line and other information. When complete, submit your order and we will start working on it right away. Need help? View our brief how-to video or email us at connect@thebdx.com for assistance.

   See our artwork submission guidelines, below, to determine how to format your artwork for email distribution. If you will be using one of our free templates, be sure to note this in the “special instructions” field.

3. Proofs will come to you by email for approval typically within one business day of receipt of materials. Once approved, we can deploy your flyer right away!

Artwork Submission Guidelines

If you are submitting your own SINGLE IMAGE eFlyer creative:

• Images may be sent in the following formats: PNG, PSD, TIF, JPG, GIF, EPS or PDF.
• Final message must not exceed 700 pixels wide and 200 kilobytes in size . We can size down a larger image for you and optimize for sending over email.

If you are submitting your own HTML eFlyer creative:

• Please send all HTML and graphics in a ZIP archive or send us a link to where the design is hosted.
• HTML design must not exceed 700 pixels wide and 200 kilobytes in size, including all code and graphics.
• CSS styles are acceptable but must be embedded in the HTML file. It is suggested to use in-line CSS.
• Please note the following HTML design considerations for best compatibility and results: use table layout (no DIV or LAYER positioning), no background images, no animated graphics, no Flash, no JavaScript or other code.

If we are creating a custom eFlyer for you:

• Please note that there is an additional charge for custom creative, and turnaround time is typically one week.
• Images must be sent in the following formats: PNG, PSD, TIF, JPG, GIF, EPS or PDF.
• Copy may be submitted in Plain Text, Microsoft Word or the body of an email.
