From our eFlyers sent in March, we chose several campaigns that captured open and click rates up to 40% higher than our averages to get a sense of what made these campaigns successful, and the results are below. #1 - Drees Homes Subject Line: Tour the Mediterranean with Drees

This flyer features bright colors and vivid photos of the destination trip. It keeps things short with some brief text and then a clearly labeled call-to-action at the bottom.

#2 - Toll Brothers Connecticut Subject Line: Kitchen & Bath Upgrades Your Client During This Event Only!

An example of a clean design, showing the necessary information at the very top with a strong blue color. Pictures always add extra value to have a better idea of the selling homes.

#3 - Brookfield Residential Subject Line: You’re Invited: Grand Opening Event on 3/22 in Alexandria

We like this flyer's use of photos to show the lifestyle of the community.

#4 - Fischer and Frichtel Subject Line: Grand Opening at The Villages at Brightleaf in Wildwood!

If your flyer is for an event, placing all of the details toward the top allows the agent to quickly get all the info they need.

#5 - Smith Douglas Homes Subject Line: New Builder in Popular Carter’s Station Community.

A stylish but simple design shows a lot of content, and the main image is a beautiful shot of the home.

#1 - Parsons and Company Custom Homes Subject Line: New Homes with Mature Trees under $300k

This Parsons & Company campaign uses one of the free template styles that we offer, with concise copy and an easy to read design. When taking advantage of our free templates, you only need to provide us with images and copy, and we create the design for you.

#2 - K. Hovnanian Homes Subject Line: We Are Ready For You NOW. The Community Grand Opening You've Been Waiting For

This style is very mobile-friendly, with large copy and a brief list of available homes with only the vital information on each home. It's also important to note that this campaign was sent out on a Saturday. We typically see very good results on Saturdays for last-minute offers or a brief list of homes.

#3 - Zinfandel Ridge Subject Line: New home and lunch in the Wine Country

We like the use of color on this flyer, and the wealth of photography. This was a custom design that we changed from a single image to HTML format -- if you have the time and expertise, HTML can give you better results because it's not necessary for the user to download images for them to see the content.

#4 - MI Homes Subject Line: Saturday: Model Grand Openings in Victoria and Carver

This is a festive design that was used to promote the builder's grand opening.

#5 - Kolter Homes Subject Line: NatureWalk at Seagrove Final Homesite Tours

The photography on this flyer conveys the lifestyle of the community, and the aerial photo shows exactly how close it is to the beach!

This grand opening flyer gives a wealth of information about the community and product.

Up-to-date information is key in agent email campaigns. Notifying agents right away when new product is available gives them a sense that they are "in the know" and helps to build trust.
